B.45套动力电池及服务包（电池供应商按国家和地方技术标准要求提供8年全生命周期质保维保及零配件更换等系统配套服务）。
（具体详见第三部分——采购需求）Brief specification description or basic overview of the project:A.45 pure electric buses with a height of 9 meters; among them, Shanghai Pudong New Area Yanggao Public Transport Co.,. has 15, and Shanghai Pudong New Area Jinggao Public Transport Co., Ltd. has 30. B.45 sets of power and service package (the battery supplier provides a systematic supporting service of 8-year full life cycle warranty maintenance and spare parts replacement according to national and local technical standards). 合同履约期限：交付时间：合同签订后的 60天内完成全部车辆上牌并验收合格交付（最晚不迟于2025年6月30日交付）
The Contract Period:Delivery time: Complete vehicle registration and acceptance within 60 days after signing the contract and deliver (no later than June 30, 2025).

二、申请人的资格要求2. Qualification Requirements for Bidder(a)满足《中华人民共和国政府采购法》第二十二条规定；
(a)Meet the provisions of Article 22 of the Government Procurement Law of the Peoples Republic of China;
(b)落实政府采购政策需满足的资格要求：本次招标若符合政府强制采购节能产品、鼓励环保产品、扶持福利企业、促进残疾人就业、促进中小企业发展、支持监狱和戒毒企业等政策，将落实相关政策。
